brtr was built to empower people to money locally, working for themselves, doing what they love. So, anyone can create a business on brtr, as long as it's something you're passionate about, and your service is done, by you, in person. Beyond that, our only other requirement is that you are honest in your description, and it is legal.
Think about what you most enjoy doing... what you can teach... the ways you enjoy helping others. Be brave and offer what's most true to you... chances are, you will find people interested in giving it a try.

brtr dollars earned can be used to buy services that accept brtr dollars as payment. We recommend that you start out accepting both brtr dollars, and cash, as payment, to help you quickly gain your first customers, and trusted reviews.
You can choose to accept only US currency, by editing your payment pattern to Cash only. We recommend that you start out by accepting both brtr dollars (which can be spent on brtr), and cash, to help you quickly gain your first customers, and reviews.
All cash payments, happen securely through Stripe. After creating a service, you can add your bank information to your wallet on brtr. After providing your service, payments will be deposited into your account within 72 hours of marking a job as complete.
Your brtr business is a venture for your passion, so we encourage you to determine how much to charge. You can always edit your price later, by editing your service under the "Profile" tab.
Once you have bought a service, you can arrange a meeting or pick-up directly with the other party. It can be at a library, a local park, your home, a starbucks, or anywhere else that you both agree on.
If you don't feel like the customer is a good match for your service, or, you feel uncomfortable for any reason, you can cancel the order, by emailing us at support@brtr.it, and letting us know why you're declining the order, and we'll take it from there.
It is free to create and launch your business on brtr. brtr will take 10% of your successful bookings as our processing fee, and to maintain our service.
